Our Mission
At Witchcraft, we believe in the power of stories to change the world. By partnering with organizations and thought leaders, we turn urgent social issues into compelling narratives that raise awareness, fund movements, and engage new audiences in meaningful action.
What We Do
We are not a traditional publishing house, nor are we a marketing agency. We are a production-first social impact company that creates books and pop culture campaigns designed to:
-
Bringing critical social issues to a wider audience through engaging storytelling.
-
Connecting consumers with tangible ways to support movements through cause-driven purchases.
-
70-100% of our book royalties go directly to the nonprofits doing the work.
Our Creative Impact Partners
Producing books and cultural campaigns takes a village. We collaborate with leading editors, journalists, and writers who specialize in social impact storytelling, designers and illustrators to bring compelling visuals to each project, filmmakers, digital strategists, and social media experts to amplify each campaign, and grassroots organizations to ensure our work remains authentic and community-driven.
Our network of trusted production partners ensures that every project is crafted with cultural relevance, narrative power, and strategic impact.
How It Works
Step 1:
Choose a Cause-Aligned Production
Whether you're a company looking to align your brand with purpose, a university seeking to engage students in real-world impact, or an association wanting to activate your members—our co-production model is tailored to your goals.
Option 1: Sponsor an Existing Project – Support an upcoming book or campaign already in progress.
Option 2: Develop an Original Production – Collaborate with us to create a custom narrative aligned with your mission.
Step 2:
Engage Your Team & Audience in the Process
Your investment in storytelling is also an opportunity for participation. We offer:
Employee Engagement: Workshops and storytelling sessions to involve your team.
Public Collaboration: Consumer-driven elements and interactive storytelling.
Thought Leadership: Opportunities for executives, faculty, or members to be featured in the narrative.
Step 3:
Make an Impact & Celebrate
Each project culminates in a powerful launch campaign that maximizes visibility and engagement.
Multi-Platform Exposure: Social media, events, podcast features, and press outreach.
Sales with Impact: Every book purchase fuels real change by directing funds to frontline organizations.
Ongoing Legacy: The impact extends beyond the book, creating sustained awareness and advocacy.
Samantha Wilson is the visionary behind Witchcraft.
A social entrepreneur and studying Doctor of Transformative Change, her journey is driven by a passion for social impact and innovation, and a determination to disrupt conventional and oppressive approaches in publishing and media production.
Born in Wisconsin, Samantha’s introduction into activism began in 2010 after watching a television documentary on animal agriculture, and the meat and dairy industry. Shocked into action, she vowed to learn as much as she could about the world’s issues, and later stepped into the ethical and environmentally-conscious fashion space. After visiting New Delhi, India to study Fair Trade practices, she quit her job as a restaurant manager, and launched a vegan-friendly, sustainable clothing brand.
Sharing her insights on social injustice, she spoke at various events across the country and in published media. With plans to write a book, she earned certification in the publishing industry. However, having uncovered the inequities of traditional publishing, she founded Witchcraft as a unique and innovative model: flipping book royalties to favor social impact causes.
